Sporty track pants, joggers, lounge pants, trousers, whatever you’d like to call them, this athletic-inspired ongoing trend is a fave of mine to wear to work. This is probably the only time you can get away with wearing drawstring pants to the office.
The shirt is no longer available as it is something I’ve had for a while but I have listed similar items if you are looking to achieve this same look. You can also wear it with a tucked in blouse or nice tank. For a more casual look you can pair it with a simple tee tucked in the middle.
If you are going out or if it’s a hot day and have some assets aka abs to show off, a crop top would be lovely.
The zippers on the pants dress them up a bit and don’t make them look overly casual. I love any outfit where sporty turns feminine.
Accessories: I have on a few gold rings and this pretty silver opal cuff my aunt gave to me for my birthday many moons ago. You can buy similar rings at kiosks at the mall. The leather stone bracelet, there is a girl in the SF Bay Area that makes these but unfortunately I cannot find her info at the moment. On my nails are a pretty soft pinkish white color since I was in the mood for somewhat natural looking nails.
Now for the heels. I fell in love with these instantly when I saw them. I was exchanging my boyfriends shorts for another size and these caught my eye. Why does that always happen? You can pretty much wear them with anything. A skirt, culottes, ankle or skinny jeans, shorts or of course you can copy how I have paired them here.
